Peter Andoh-Kesson is one of the founding partners of Caliber Music Management LLC. He has over 5 years of experience in the music business with a Master's Degree in management with a concentration in Project Management. He’s worked with multiple independent artists and musicians and has helped them develop their music and brand. He’s forested several well-known videos that have garnered over 1 million views. He’s inept in contract negotiations, split sheets, festival planning, music video production, video conceptualization, marketing and development, royalty payments, music registrations, and artist management.
He plans to continue developing avenues of growth and development for artists to achieve their dreams. He’s currently working on building out a network of responsive venues that will work alongside independent artists and their brands on a national level! Expect to see amazing things from him.

Sarah Andoh-Kesson is one of the founding partners of Caliber Music Management LLC. Sarah has earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration of Music Business from Middle Tennessee University. She has 6 years of project management experience and has professionally operated in the music industry since 2022, though her passion for the entertainment industry began at a very young age.
After years of being surrounded by many musically talented friends who were mediocre at business and organization, paired with a memorable first time SXSW experience in 2018, her passion for the music business burned bright. Sarah's music industry career officially began in 2022 in the Contemporary Worship and Gospel genre, while working with the likes of Grammy award winning Maverick City Music, Tribl Records including Chandler Moore, Naomi Raine, Brandon Lake, Kirk Franklin, and Phil Wickham. She also oversaw company partnered projects of TVOne, Urban One Honors, Lifetime Movies, BET+, and BounceTV. During this time which included assisting producing online press conferences, she got to virtually rub shoulders with many A list talent including Michelle Williams , Tina Knowles, T.D. Jakes, Boris Kodjoe, Nicole Ari Parker, Romeo Miller, Master P, Loni Love among many others.
In this industry, Sarah thrives on processes, organization, and creativity. Her love for artist development, creative direction, and business management pushes her to make Caliber Music Management a set apart distribution and management label that is known for its integrity, work-ethic, and prosperous artists.
